Temporary Tattoo Safety Measures

  • Patch Test: Always perform a patch test first. Apply the round tattoo tester to an inconspicuous area (like the inner forearm) and wait 24 hours to monitor for any adverse reactions before applying a larger design.

    • A patch test for temporary tattoo pigment inks should be left on the skin for 24 to 48 hours to ensure accurate results. While some reactions might appear sooner, this duration is considered the standard for detecting potential allergies or sensitivities to the ink.

    • Observation: Check the area for signs of irritation, including redness, itching, swelling, or bumps.

If a reaction occurs: If you experience any burning, itching, or redness, remove the tattoo using baby oil and wash the area immediately with soap and water and do not use the product.
  • Avoid Sensitive Areas: Do not apply these tattoos to broken, sunburnt, or sensitive skin, particularly near the eyes.

  • Remove Promptly: These are not meant for long-term wear. Remove them if you experience any itching or discomfort.

  • Safe Removal: Use baby oil or an alcohol-based cleanser to remove the tattoo, rather than aggressive scrubbing.
