📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We follow the official Shopee and TikTok Shop guidelines to ensure a fair experience for everyone.
1. RETURN WINDOW
- Standard Orders: 7 days from the delivery date.
- Note: Do not click "Order Received" if you plan to return the item.
2. VALID REASONS FOR RETURN

🚨 UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
NO VIDEO = NO RETURN/REFUND.
Please record a continuous video while opening the parcel. Ensure the waybill is clearly visible and there are no cuts/edits in the footage.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items used and damaged by the buyer.
- Personalized or customized goods.
💰 REFUND POLICY & TIMELINES
Refunds are processed automatically by the platform (Shopee/TikTok) once the return process is completed and validated.
1. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

2. REFUND METHODS
- ShopeePay / TikTok Shop Balance: Fastest (often within minutes to 24 hours).
- Credit/Debit Card: 5 to 15 business days (depending on your bank).
- GCash / Maya: 1 to 3 business days.
3. "REFUND ONLY" (NO RETURN NEEDED)
In certain cases, we may offer a refund without requiring you to ship the item back. This applies to:
- Low-value items with clear defects.
- Items where return shipping costs exceed the product value.

Vouchers & Coins: Please note that used shipping vouchers or discount coins are typically not refundable once the order is tagged as completed. Always check your items before clicking "Order Received."
